Key Responsibilities:

SGCC is currently looking for a
Food and Beverage Server to undertake the following key responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and preparation and provide service duties for functions as required.
Support the kitchen staff as and when required in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations, ensuring an exceptional level of service is always maintained.
Ensure that all frontofhouse and guest areas are always wellmaintained.
Any other duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager or other member of the management team.

Qualifications:

Two+ years of serving experience.
Should have an uptodate Smart Serve Certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels.
Ability to multitask and prioritize changing situations.
Selfmotivated and driven.
Ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality.
Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)
