Description

We are looking for a guard to work full time at a high end retail location in Vancouver.

Permanent shifts:
Monday to Wednesday 10am to 7pm plus Thursday and Friday 10am to 8pm

Some of your responsibilities include:

Provide first class customer service to all visitors/staff
Maintain close observation of site, ensuring no loss of merchandise
Crowd management
Responding to potential protesters or media
Ensure detailed and clear documentation of any incidents, working with law enforcement as necessary
Following specific emergency and alarm response protocols.

Your Must Haves

Valid BC Security License
Excellent English oral and written skills
Proven customer service experience

Positive and professional attitude, with strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
Excellent multitasking, prioritizing, and organizational abilities
