We're looking for a
Learning & Development Consultant - Instructional Design** to join our growing team

As a
Learning & Development Consultant in Instructional Design, your work will have a big impact on the achievement of our goals.

People will count on you to be an energetic and creative individual who can design and develop various eLearning and instructor-led courses in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

This is a **full-time 12-14 month contract
position available at all Intact offices across Canada, excluding Quebec.

What you'll do here:

Implement instructional design and adult learning theory to further knowledge transfer across the organization
Work collaboratively with other team members to develop strong, innovative, and technologyenhanced courses and programs
Maintain results and be able to collaborate to ensure outcomes are on track to meet business needs

What you bring to the table:

Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience
Comprehensive knowledge of adult education and instructional theories
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate 360
Experience with Vyond or other video creation tools (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred)
Ability to develop entrylevel and advancedlevel courses for a variety of audience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong collaboration skills
