    MARKETING AND SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

    Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking a skilled and analytical MARKETING AND SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, with a dotted line to the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our marketing and sales strategies, optimize operational processes, maintain data integrity, and help drive business growth.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

    This Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist role with a HubSpot support focus is crucial in enabling our sales & marketing teams to efficiently execute campaigns, analyze results, forecast and drive continuous growth.     KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for HubSpot administration, data analysis, Sales forecasting, campaign management, marketing campaign analysis and process improvement. They are also responsible for data visualization, data quality assurance, and collaborate with the marketing and sales team on a daily basis.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Education: Degree or diploma in marketing or equivalent work experience is an asset
    • Experience: Proven experience working with HubSpot, including certifications if available.
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
    • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing and sales operations.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
