    Description

    Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable & Office Clerk to join its facility management team in Calgary and Edmonton .The successful candidate is primarily accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience in dealing with suppliers, contractors and internal personal while processing accounts payable, administering service contracts, and supplier contact management; along with related business communication, general office and real estate administration duties for an assigned portfolio.

    The company oversees 9 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, and Regina.

    High school graduation and office administration courses equal to one year of study;
    Advanced skills in the English language and strong writing skills;
    Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Office suite and experience with enterprise accounting system software and workflows, would be an asset;
