THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION, YOU DO NEED TO COME INTO THE OFFICE.

Marketing Associate:

At Maru, you will:

You will support the company's sales and marketing strategies and will manage the daytoday collateral development and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Implementing and publishing approved content to the website—including building out any new landing pages, uploading public opinion polls and executing any change requests.
Work with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas aligned with the Maru's strategy and support various brand initiatives.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Manage and oversee social media content, write shortform social media messages that attract new users and engage current users.
Contribute to the development of an editorial calendar. To guide content priorities and organize writing schedules to achieve deadlines.

You bring these skills with you:

1+ year of proven experience in a marketing related role.
Experience and knowledge in writing, proofreading, and editing (photo/video/text)
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
Ability to collaborate with others. As you will continually work with crossfunctional teams to achieve strategic goals
An ability to develop and maintain indepth knowledge of products, solutions and services, relevant industry trends, and competition.
Exceptional grasp of the English language. Including strong written and verbal communication skills
A Bachelor's degree from a postsecondary institution in a business or communications related field such as Marketing, Communications, English.
