This is a full-time office-based position, and you must be available to work between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Create a consistent brand voice and story across multiple channels.
Own the endtoend content strategy, development, planning and execution of our organic social media channels.
Provide support and input on the marketing strategy with a focus on continual improvement.
Provides administrative support for the marketing including copy editing and proof reading.
Creating copy alternatives for A/B testing.
Creative briefing to outsourced design service.

Requirements:

3+ years in a marketing/digital communications role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing communications, creative writing or equivalent.
Knowledge of financial banking or payments industry is highly desirable.
A strong portfolio of work with a focus on B2B communications.
A natural storyteller with the ability to build a brand narrative across multiple channels.
A background creating effective content strategies with a focus on digital conversion.
Ability to show initiative and work autonomously while when required taking direction and collaborating with the wider marketing sales teams on cross functional projects.
Experience managing and planning for social media.

Nice to have

Experience using AI writing tools to improve efficiency in content production.
Skills in graphic/video production tools.
Experience in a startup environment and the ability to think on your feet.
Social media planning/scheduling software.
