Full-Time (18 Month Contract)


Work Arrangements:

We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately September 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.


What you will be doing:


  • Verify that all pertinent information and requirements have been met prior to policy settlement
  • Special handling of adjustments, reissues, modifications, commissions, and ratings
  • Ensure all documents are properly created prior to sending out Policy instructions
  • Follow special instructions from both the Underwriting Department such as ratings and from the Advisors such as payment changes etc
  • Interact with MGA's, advisors, other insurance carriers, medical vendors & practitioners and internal departments

What you will bring:


  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage daily fluctuations in work volumes, adaptable to change in direction as needed
  • French language skills are an asset; specifically, an ability to read and provide written correspondence in French
