    Business intelligence and data

    A career as a Senior Data Scientist in the Customer Data Valorization and Advanced Analytics team at National Bank means acting as a specialist to support the commercial sector.

    Carry out various complex studies, research and analyses in order to provide useful information for decision-making, to promote appropriate solutions and to intervene in the optimization of work processes
    Establish and maintain effective communications with various internal and external stakeholders who may provide information relevant to the conduct of analyses
    Perform the exploration and extraction of complex data patterns responding to specific marketing initiatives mainly in the enterprise sector
    Execute and coordinate analytical and data mining exercises, including data transformation and data visualization steps

    Within the Customer Experience & Digital department, you will be part of a team of 12 colleagues and report to the Senior Director – Customer Data Valuation and Advanced Analytics (VDCAA).

    We favour a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles.

    Industry-related bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and three years of relevant experience
    In-depth knowledge and skills of data science algorithms, including segmentation/clustering, regression, classification, time series techniques
    Expertise with SAS, Python, SQL, and Spark through the cloud platform (Snowflake, AWS) for predictive and descriptive analytical modeling
    Business Acumen Communication Curiosity Data Visualization Data-Driven Decision-Making Detail-oriented Initiative Learning Agility Performance Analysis Python R Resiliency SAS Snowflake SQL
