    Description

    A Client of ours is looking for an Intermediate [6+ years] RPA Automation Developer and take the lead in developing high-quality RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere technologies, including the latest Automation 360 platform. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology to streamline business processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and deploy robust RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, ensuring that these solutions meet industry standards and best practices.
    • Expertly manage and configure the Automation 360 platform, integrating it smoothly with our existing systems and applications.
    • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
    • Actively monitor and fine-tune RPA solutions, seizing opportunities for further automation enhancements.
    • Deliver technical guidance and support to end-users, promoting efficient adoption and optimal use of RPA solutions.
    • Keep pace with the latest developments in RPA technologies, including Automation Anywhere and Automation 360, and assess their potential benefits for our organizational automation strategy.
    • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that RPA initiatives are in line with the company's goals.
    • Document all RPA processes thoroughly, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Engage in ongoing improvement projects, aimed at refining the RPA solutions we offer.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 6 years of experience as an RPA Automation Developer, with a solid track record in using Automation Anywhere and Automation 360 to deliver effective automation solutions.
    • Advanced skills in API development and integration, with proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
    • Deep understanding of Agile Kanban methodologies, with experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
    • Extensive experience in the integration of third-party applications through API, enhancing system interoperability.
    • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and their administration.
