They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, while full handling the claim from start to finish. Our Senior Casualty and Litigation Claims Adjusters are not on a phone queue, which allows them to fully utilize their expertise on every claim.
They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind.
