    Description
    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the HR department at the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES). They are involved in various activities such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include organizing employee files, contributing to policy updates, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree or college diploma in human resources, administration, business development or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Knowledge of Canadian sport system is a plus.
    • Working towards Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a bonus.
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist HR Manager with recruitment tasks.
    • Update job descriptions accurately.
    • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes.
    • Manage benefits enrollment and updates.
    • Support policy revisions.
    • Maintain employee records and payroll tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
    • Help coordinate training sessions.
    • Participate in quality management initiatives.
    • Support employee engagement programs.
    • Handle other HR-related tasks as required.
