    Pay rate:

    • $59/hr
    • $63.07/hr on T4 without any benefits


    Monday to Friday 12: 00PM to 9: 00PM in Summer/Winter (Include 1hr break); Sunday rotational once to twice a month; Hybrid working.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • The primary purpose of the job is to ensure daytoday quality of service of live applications to endusers by Diagnosing and resolving incidents Answering user requests Monitoring production environments Developing a good understanding of the existing application(functional and technical) Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones
    • This position implies On Call Duties, to cover for eventual incident that may occur during the weekends, bank holidays as a level 2 for other locations.
    • The position consists in providing support for the corresponding list of applications in a cross regional environment, in a followthesun model.
    • It also encapsulates Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Release Management as part of the Service Management catalogue in line with the defined Standard Operating Procedures. Being followthesun model, candidates will be expected to work on different alternating shifts.
    • Candidates having an exposure to ITIL V4, capable of participating critical initiatives within the Team, of interact with Quality Control and Reporting Teams in the production of Key Performance Indicators and exposure/experience towards followthesun support model may be favored.
    • In addition, having technical and functional experience with applications like (but not limited to) SWIFT, Cash Pooling, Bloomberg, Data warehousing, Regulatory reporting and other financial/business applications will be favored.

    Technical knowledge required:

    • Expertise in SQL language (Sybase T-SQL required, Oracle PL/SQL is a plus) and DBMS concepts (Sybase Replication Server would be a plus) Previous experience working in Unix environments and shell scripting Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, C, Net, VBA, APS Net, Java, 4D) is a plus Proficiency in creating Excel Macros is a plus Experience with Autosys, Control M, ETL tool (Datastage WX) as well as file transfer tools (CFTO is a plus)
    • The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. He must have experience in multidisciplinary technical support within a team and have a working knowledge

    of performance and capacity management from an application, database and network
    - perspective as well than a strong aptitude for automation.

    • Knowledge and experience of Investment service industry Good knowledge on Mutual funds Administration Knowledge of data collection and analysis in a large and complex/diverse environment, including relevant qualifications or experience, would be an advantage Knowledge on Performance Breakdown and Attribution calculation would be an advantage Strong analytical skills Good interpersonal skills and team player Client focused Attention to details High energy level coupled with a desire to take on responsibility Able to multitask
    • Required Education or

    Equivalent Experience:
    Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience Good French verbal communication skills are a plus, fluent English communication is a must
