The Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting daily operations and executive workflow.

This position is not simply clerical — it is foundational to maintaining operational excellence as the company scales. The successful candidate will help build structure, improve process efficiency, and support leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and workflow prioritization


• Coordinate internal and external communications


• Handle inbound phone and email inquiries professionally


• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation


• Assist with file management and compliance tracking


• Support broker onboarding and administrative processes


• Liaise with lenders, partners, and professional stakeholders


• Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve office efficiency

Qualifications


• 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations support


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Professional written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment


• Experience in mortgage, finance, or real estate is an asset
