We have a passion for the work that we do and do our best work when its crunch time. As Procurement Manager you will oversee our procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing and vendor management.

As a Procurement Manager you will:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead and conduct negotiations with suppliers for best possible price, quality & service.
  • Manage organizational spend, maximize the value of vendor partnerships and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement improvement processes for procurement to optimize cost savings.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to understand their procurement requirements and plan accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

About you:


  • Postsecondary degree/diploma
  • Minimum 5 years experience at a management level in procurement
  • Minimum of 10 years procurement experience in the industry or manufacturing
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, cost reduction initiatives and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of global procurement including suppliers and materials
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; problem solving.
  • MS Office
  • Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun.
