Creativity is key, and we're looking for a talented Project Coordinator for our exciting new endeavors


YOUR MISSION

Your mission is outlined in the following duties:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, ensuring the successful implementation of all projects.
  • Monitor and report (regularly and adhoc) on project progress internally and externally to ensure deliverables, budgets and timelines are met.
  • Communicate with team members (internal and external) on task completion, update project plans and point out blockers and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams including development, design, marketing, and client services to ensure successful project execution.
  • Complete internal documentation processes to ensure accurate resource planning and financial reporting.
  • Implement quality control processes to guarantee positive user experience and platform performance.
  • Analyze project risks and opportunities, escalate to appropriate management channels.
  • Follow up with action item owners on their assignments.
  • Respond to shifts in project scope and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Identify and solve problems efficiently to streamline operations and contribute to the continuous growth of this company.
  • Assist in resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide support to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Act as a leader and coordinator/manage multiple projects simultaneously

YOUR PROFILE

  • Detailoriented and great organizational abilities
  • Ability to grasp user requirements, document them and connect them with R&D tasks
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to cope with concurrent and changing priorities
  • Quick and eager learner who is comfortable with technology
  • Responsible, selfreliant, and a great team player
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills in a variety of mediums

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

  • University/college degree or certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience planning, coordinating, and tracking projects.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Agile and PM methodologies such as SCRUM and waterfall.
  • Experience in Jira, Miro, Excel
  • Experience in Project Tracking software

BONUS POINTS

  • Current knowledge of trends, entertainment news, gaming, and media.
  • PMP (or working towards) or SCRUM certification.

  • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) (preferred)
