    À quoi ressemblera votre travail quotidien :

  • Planifier, gérer et diriger des projets OPM spécifiques liés à l'analyse détaillée, à la conception et au développement de tableaux de bord de programmes exploitant les plates-formes de Power BI par le biais de macros, de bases de données et d'applications logicielles.
  • Proposer des solutions créatives dans le développement de tableaux de bord des programmes à travers l'organisation de l'industrialisation et les différents niveaux d'organisation.
  • Établir une visibilité commune des plates-formes de partage de données entre les différentes organisations, y compris la qualité, les opérations, l'ingénierie et la chaîne d'approvisionnement, afin de garantir l'utilisation réussie des solutions.
  • Diriger des formations / présentations pour les utilisateurs finaux afin de présenter les nouvelles solutions à l'équipe.
  • Influencer positivement les changements technologiques au sein de l'équipe (Legacy et nouveaux programmes).

  • Gestion de projet, compréhension des processus commerciaux et leur traduction en exigences techniques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français (parlé/écrit)
  • Une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est requise pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels de l'employeur et des les personnes avec lesquelles la candidate interagira
  • Bonne relations interpersonnelles, esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité à rassembler et à influencer les parties prenantes en vue d'une solution.
  • Autonome, adaptable, fortes capacités d'analyse.
  • Connaissance des principes de conception des bases de données, des techniques de programmation OOP et des langages de programmation tels que SQL, VBA, Power BI (DAX), Windows PowerShell (niveau intermédiaire à avancé).
  • Solide connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, etc.).

    What your day to day will look like:

  • Plan, manage and Lead specific OPM projects related to detailed analysis, design and development of Program Dashboard solutions leveraging Power BI platforms through macros, databases and software applications.
  • Propose creative solutions in the development of the Program Dashboard across the industrialization organization and different organizational level.
  • Establish common visibility of data sharing platforms across different organizations including Quality, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure successful solutions utilization.
  • Lead end-user training / presentations to introduce new solutions to the team.
  • Influence positively the technological changes across the team (Legacy and new programs).
  • Support the OPM team in various tasks/projects depending on the team's need.

    Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
  • Project Management, understanding business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written)
  • A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the candidate will interact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Ability to gather and influence stakeholders towards a solution.
  • Autonomous, adaptable, strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of database design principles, OOP programming techniques and programming language such as SQL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Power BI (DAX), Windows PowerShell (intermediate to advance level).
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
