Who You'll Work With

We are seeking mental health professionals licensed to practice in their respective province to join our contractor clinical network Counselors will provide short-term, solution-focused counselling support to a variety of clients covering a vast array of counselling issues.

Working independently through in-person, telephonic, and online counselling modes, mental health professionals will follow company protocols while delivering clinically appropriate interventions.

What You'll Be Doing

What You Need to Be Successful

Minimum of a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent counselling program
Minimum of 35 years' counselling experience, postgraduation
Must have a personal office available to conduct inperson counseling sessions
Must be willing to work inperson with clients
Membership in good standing with a respective professional order
Active liability insurance

What You Need to Stand Out

Addictions, crisis and adolescents experience
Availability on evenings and weekends is considered a plus
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using technology for accessing client files and conducting online counseling sessions
