Job summary

We're expanding rapidly into new manufacturing sectors, launching new products, and scaling internationally. With a proven SDR engine already producing strong results, we're now hiring a dedicated SDR Manager to take our top-of-funnel performance to the next level.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years SDR/BDR experience in SaaS
  • 2+ years experience in SDR leadership, mentorship, or team-lead capacity
  • Proven experience running outbound sales processes and hitting top-of-funnel KPIs
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategy,cold-calling frameworks,and sales psychology
