    Description
    360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team.

    As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping custom technical and consulting projects, building custom solutions, coordinating with the custom project product squad and delivering on those projects for our clients.

    You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.

    The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
    Understand our product offering through training
    Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and scope projects accordingly
    Develop technical solutions to meet client needs, including customizations, integrations, and configurations
    Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
    Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
    Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans
    Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    ~5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, software engineer, product manager or similar role
    ~ Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
    ~ Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies

    Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions (UI and back-end), and delivering on projects
    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

    Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders.

    Organized, structured, rational, analytical, able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
    Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
