    A career as an SME Account Manager in the Commercial team means being a key advisor for small to medium-sized businesses, supported by a team of experts, guiding clients towards appropriate financial solutions.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Expand your client base;
    • Achieve business growth targets by offering customized solutions for all client needs;
    • Identify referral opportunities within the Bank's network;
    • Perform financial analyses and create financing scenarios;
    • Negotiate product terms with clients to meet profitability criteria;
    • Ensure service quality standards are met along with compliance and risk management rules;
    • Spot business prospects in your market for all Bank products and services;
    • Engage in market visibility activities;
    • Recognize sector-specific risks;

    About your team:

    As part of the Commercial sector, you will collaborate with a team of professionals serving commercial clients, while having access to a network of experts to provide top-notch solutions.

    Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, the role is based in Moncton. Our hands-on training programs enable you to hone your expertise. Working alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds enriches your growth in multiple aspects.


    Prerequisites:
    • University certificate with 7 years of experience;
    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience;
    • Master's degree with 3 years of experience;
    • Experience in business development;
    • Proficiency in financial statement analysis;
    • Established professional network in the local SME sector;
    • Strong negotiation skills;
