    Our Hotel
    Offering 256 well-appointed hotel rooms and suites, multiple food and beverage venues and six conference rooms.

    We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Conference and Events Executive for the Novotel Perth Langley.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, planning, and administrative tasks to cultivate Corporate, Association, and Government clientele in alignment with event and revenue objectives.

    This role will require collaboration with various internal stakeholders including the broader Sales team, Planning, Finance, Corporate Services, and Operations.

    Building interdepartmental relationships will be integral to ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional service standards.
    Respond to Event, Meeting, Group Accommodation and MICE inquiries
    Proactively drive sales, meeting revenue targets, and managing corporate, association, and government accounts.
    Coordinate site inspections with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
    Discuss and plan event requirements, including technology needs with clients.
    Prepare event orders, banquet event orders, floor plans, and other essential information for event execution.
    Brief operational teams for each event.
    Tertiary qualifications in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
    Understanding of event planning and event technology.
    Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
