- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience/knowledge with hand tools and power tools
- Flexible with rotating shift work
- Good communication skills
- Experience with basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Description
Manufacturing Support Technicians (Polishers) are expected to hand polish and deburr precision metal mold components to achieve the required surface finishes inside the correct tolerance.
The majority of work will be with air-powered hand tools, attached to various metal working materials (stones and abrasives).Polishers must be able to then measure the completed parts using manual metrology and/or CMMs, to qualify the sizes on their parts in addition to visually inspecting for alternative defects.
In some polishing areas, there may also be a requirement to edit and operate CNC surfacing equipment such as CNC Micro-Blast, Honing machines, laser engravers, CNC sanding machines etc.
