Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a QA Analyst.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a key point of contact for all QA related matters in a development setting, providing QA services, and conducting manual and automated testing on multiple points of view.
  • Support IT efficiency by, configuring, administering, maintaining, and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the company's needs and values.
  • Utilize checklists to ensure development is faultless.
  • Troubleshoot tickets issued by agents and/or head office employees.
  • Assist in creating new platforms to enhance company overall performance.
  • Partake in meetings with development team to create and enhance tools used on company platforms.
  • Search for logical or visual errors and identify cause.
  • Prioritize tasks accordingly based on urgency and/or deadlines.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 35+ years experience in Quality Assurance Test Practices required
  • 1+ year of coding considered a strong asset.
  • 1+ year of UX design considered an asset.
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Ability to set and manage competing priorities.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to handle stressful situations with a positive, cando attitude.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- quality assurance: 4 years (preferred)
