Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a QA Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact for all QA related matters in a development setting, providing QA services, and conducting manual and automated testing on multiple points of view.
Support IT efficiency by, configuring, administering, maintaining, and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the company's needs and values.
Utilize checklists to ensure development is faultless.
Troubleshoot tickets issued by agents and/or head office employees.
Assist in creating new platforms to enhance company overall performance.
Partake in meetings with development team to create and enhance tools used on company platforms.
Search for logical or visual errors and identify cause.
Prioritize tasks accordingly based on urgency and/or deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
35+ years experience in Quality Assurance Test Practices required
1+ year of coding considered a strong asset.
1+ year of UX design considered an asset.
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
Ability to set and manage competing priorities.
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to handle stressful situations with a positive, cando attitude.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional analytical skills.
An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

Speaking French / Spanish considered an asset.
