The role we are offering you:

In this role, the Project Manager will be assigned to a few projects, will develop project management plan and establish project goals & objectives for projects in the sector of updates for civil simulators. He/She will develop project management plans, establish goals and objectives and make sure to meet them.

Your challenges:

Take charge of all aspects of the entrusted projects: schedule, cost, income, risks, scope and contract.
Manage the material, human and financial resources necessary to meet the contractual obligations and ensure profitability.
Manage by influencing the teams of the different departments involved in the project.
Report regularly to internal management on progress, issues, and workarounds.
Establish long-term relationships with our customers by delivering quality services and service offerings.
Prepare service offers and respond to clients in conjunction with our customer support representatives.
Promote CAE's products and services in order to create new business opportunities.
Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and governance reports.

Requirements:

University degree in Engineering or Commerce with five years of applicable experience.
Experience in project management.
Communication skills (excellent verbal and written communication).
Skillful in managing execution in a dynamic environment.
Customer centric.
Creativity and innovation.
Team player.
Success as a Natural Leader.
Responsible and autonomous.
Results oriented.
Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (10%).
Bilingualism (French and English) is required, knowledge of an Asian language is an asset.
PMP is an asset.
