    EarthLabs Inc.

    (TSXV: SPOT | OTCQX: SPOFF | FSE: 8EK0), a leading digital platform in the resource sector, is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking

    Marketing Director

    to join the expanding team. This position will oversee the marketing efforts for all its subsidiaries, including CEO.CA Technologies Ltd., a media platform with a growing online community providing real-time financial market information and a forum for discussing investment opportunities; DigiGeoData Inc., specializing in digital mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS); and EarthLabs Media Inc., a consortium of prominent mining media brands like The Northern Miner, The Canadian Mining Journal, and MINING.COM, aimed at enhancing the distribution of quality and impartial journalism.

    This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model, working four days from our Toronto, Ontario office.

    WE WILL TRUST YOU TO... (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

    • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy for EarthLabs and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth.
    • Oversee and manage marketing teams across all subsidiaries, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
    • Expand and enhance the digital presence of CEO.CA, The Northern Miner, MINING.COM, Canadian Mining Journal, DigiGeoData, and other platforms through innovative and effective marketing initiatives.
    • Define and articulate the value propositions and product differentiators for each subsidiary, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
    • Lead the ideation, testing, and implementation of new growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive user acquisition and retention.
    • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing programs, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
    • Create and oversee the execution of marketing automation workflows to generate and nurture leads, accelerating opportunities through the funnel.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
    • Undertake additional ad hoc assignments and duties as required.

    YOU WILL NEED TO BE/BRING... (QUALIFICATIONS)

    • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
    • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
    • Experience overseeing marketing efforts for multiple brands or subsidiaries, with the ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation software such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
    • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO).
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
