JOB OVERVIEW:

The position is under the general direction of the Manager Business Systems - ERP, within the Corporate IT Team. The role is responsible for Engineering workflow analysis, design, configure and test the workflows in Dynamics 365 Finance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Understand the overall process of engineering workflows.
  • Follow the documentation and instructions to create workflow and followup with business analysts for testing and sign off.
  • Create detailed documentation of the entire configuration process.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience with Office 36
  • Knowledge of business systems
  • Basic level
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
  • Good facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work in diversified teams.

Education:
Preferred
