    Job Description ( Only apply if you have experience of working with schools)

    . Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

    · Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

    · Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

    · Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

    · Coordinate with external agencies and auditors during inspections and audits.

    · Oversee the development and maintenance of college policies and procedures.

    · Ensure policies are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant regulations.

    · Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to review and revise policies as needed.

    · Serve as the liaison with the Ministry and governing authorities, ensuring all reporting requirements and communication are handled efficiently.

    · Manage student compliance matters, including handling complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with college policies and regulatory requirements.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

    Experience:

    • Compliance and operations: 5 years (preferred)
