    Description

    Position Summary

    Join our Customer Experience team as the Service & Warranty Coordinator! Be the go-to person for service and warranty requests from our builder partners, overseeing Pre & Post Possessions and Trade Days.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle all incoming calls and emails from Builder partners for service and warranty requests.
    • Troubleshoot customer concerns professionally via phone and email.
    • Collaborate with Scheduling to schedule Installers and Technicians for Pre-Possession services.
    • Document customer inquiries accurately in Divine Tracker and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Manage service work orders from initiation to completion, including rescheduling if needed.
    • Coordinate communication between departments and installation crews for work scope and repairs.
    • Process billing for completed service work orders and ensure accurate Purchase Orders from builders.
    • Follow up on outstanding items via phone and email.
    • Assist with overflow work when needed.
    • Participate in product knowledge training sessions with teammates.
    • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.

    • Self-motivated, embracing challenges with a drive to succeed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    What You've Done:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and builder software applications.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Minimum 1-year Customer Service experience.
    • Background in Home Building industry is a plus.
