    Description:

    Client's Sales Operation Team is looking for a dedicated individual to join as an Associate Project Manager in Edmonton. The role involves coordinating project timelines, managing deliverables, and using appropriate tools.



    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the main contact for both internal and external customers through multiple orders.
    • Review purchase orders and quotations with Sales representatives for accurate order entry.
    • Convert orders based on PO requirements.
    • Compile and issue approval and record drawings packages.
    • Track drawing schedules for timely manufacturing release.
    • Manage change order process diligently.
    • Communicate order status effectively to relevant parties.
    • Ensure customer requirements are met as per company standards.
    • Handle post-shipment tasks like warranty claims and product returns.
    • Maintain order files with updated information.
    • Organize team and client meetings as necessary.
    • Collaborate with distributors to resolve claims and debit memos.
    • Perform other required duties.


    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of project management experience in the electrical industry.
    • Project Management Certification (CAPM) is a plus.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective planning, organization, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat) and ERP systems.
    • CET or equivalent Electrical education/experience preferred.
