    Job Summary

    Now, if you were to come onboard as our Quality Engineering Architect, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

    • Conduct comprehensive analyses of current software development processes to identify quality gaps and areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address and remediate identified gaps.
    • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in testing both backend and frontend systems. Utilize advanced technical skills to identify and resolve complex quality challenges.
    • Architect and implement effective quality assurance strategies within the AWS environment.
    • Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes in AWS-based workflows.
    • Optimize and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated testing.
    • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to streamline the testing and deployment processes.
    • Champion the Shift Left approach to testing, ensuring early integration of quality assurance activities in the development lifecycle.
    • Educate and guide development teams in adopting proactive testing practices.
    • Propose and drive initiatives for continuous quality improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and standards across the organization.
    • Effectively communicate quality-related findings, improvements, and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Maintain clear and concise documentation of quality processes, methodologies, and improvements.

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Software Quality Engineering Architect
    • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and experience in architecting QA solutions within the AWS ecosystem.
    • Strong experience in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
    • Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements in software development processes.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
