    SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

    Human Resources Advisor (12 month contract)

    Working in Puslinch, Ontario

    Are you a people person looking for your next challenge? We are committed to the development of our Mammoet professionals whatever role they are in. As HR Advisor you would play a critical part in helping to accelerate careers in line with our business objectives.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
    • Full cycle recruitment, from sourcing through to onboarding
    • Aligning talent management and development with business objectives
    • Ensuring compliance with Mammoet's HR standards, procedures, and processes
    • Producing and delivering reports on HR activities
    • Developing strong networks and relationships across the business
    • Assisting with policy development and change management initiatives
    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • Professional level experience in organization and job design, organizational development, employment law, HR systems and MS Office suite.
    • English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
    • Evidence of experience in a similar role, e xperience supporting a unionized environment considered an asset
    • minimum of 3-5 years of broad, relevant work experience
    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR or legal discipline
