    Plusgrade recherche un developpeur Ingénieur en Solutions Produits pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance afin de collaborer avec les partenaires pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux, tirer parti du portefeuille de solutions de Plusgrade pour dépasser les attentes et stimuler l'innovation. Vous êtes le visage externe de l'équipe Produit et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour optimiser les performances de nos partenaires tout en influençant également le potentiel d'innovation des futurs produits et fonctionnalités.
    Travailler directement avec nos partenaires pour les autonomiser afin qu'ils tirent le meilleur parti des produits de Plusgrade en comprenant leurs besoins et objectifs commerciaux, puis en développant et en partageant les meilleures pratiques pour augmenter le retour sur investissement et étendre l'adoption des produits.

    • Animer des sessions de formation et de questions-réponses avec les partenaires et les principales parties prenantes pour les autonomiser à utiliser les produits de Plusgrade au maximum.

    • Servir d'expert technique interne sur les produits standard de Plusgrade pour notre équipe de réussite des partenaires et d'autres équipes internes.
    2 à 3 ans de succès avéré dans un rôle d'ingénierie de solutions, en particulier dans des environnements à forte croissance dans des catégories comme le commerce électronique, les voyages et la fidélisation des clients.

    • Capacité à communiquer (à la fois à l'écrit et à l'oral) efficacement avec des parties prenantes externes aux compétences fonctionnelles allant de l'ingénierie et du produit au commerce, ainsi qu'avec des niveaux de hiérarchie jusqu'à la direction exécutive.

    • Capacité à voyager à l'international pour rencontrer les partenaires dans leurs régions (jusqu'à 50% du temps).

    • Baccalauréat en gestion de produits, ingénierie, commerce, informatique, technologie de l'information ou domaine connexe.

    Are you a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and your finger on the pulse of the travel industry?
    Our Product Solutions Engineer works at the intersection of product, engineering and partner success to help our Partners succeed in surpassing their revenue goals by utilizing Plusgrade products.
    You are an external face of the Product team and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive optimal performance of our partners while also influencing innovative potential future products and features.
    Lead training and Q&A sessions with Partners and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize Plusgrade products to the fullest.

    • Serve as internal technical expert on Plusgrade's standard products for our Partner Success and other internal teams.
    Ideally, the candidate will have experience working in the travel industry and will have worked directly with airlines, cruise, or rail.

    • Strong entrepreneurial attitude to help innovate and execute product initiatives which in turn will create amazing traveler experiences across the Customer journey.

    • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with external stakeholders ranging in functional expertise from engineering and product to business as well as with seniority levels up to executive management.

    • Bachelor's degree in, Product Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
