Position Title

Required Qualifications
MBA, or related Masters degree.
Accounting Stream: Ability to teach diplomalevel courses such as (but not limited to) Introductory Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Business Mathematics, and similar.
General Business Stream: Ability to teach diplomalevel courses such as (but not limited to) Business Communications, Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Strategic Management, Project Management and / or Operations Management.
Demonstrated excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

D. or DBA preferred.

Demonstrated use of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create a welcoming, responsive, and studentcentred classroom.
Related experience in business and online course delivery would be considered an asset.
Professional Designation (CFA, CPA, CPHR, CSCP, or equivalent)

Faculty salary range is $71,785.48 to $121,523.99 per annum. Placement on the salary grid is reflective upon educational and experiential qualifications. Keyano College also offers an attractive benefits package.
