- Offer E,H&S guidance to Construction Site Supervisors, Foremen, and Workers.
- Identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Deliver Health and Safety training to staff.
- Create safety training programs, procedures, and policies.
- Participate in JHSC Meetings.
- Contribute to incident reports, investigations, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with the E,H&S Manager on safety-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Support the development of Safety/Environmental Plans and disability management.
- Community College diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Technology or equivalent.
- Certified in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- 5+ years experience in E,H&S.
- Experience with auditing, COR, and WSIB.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Exhibit sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal and active listening abilities.
- Reliable, results-oriented, and a team player.
