Teaching new employees how to access employee benefits.Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday - Friday)
Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
Assess and coordinate client benefits programs, including health claims, disability claims, and other health related benefits.
Process benefit claims and work with insurance providers and other service providers to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of claims.
One to three years of human resources experience or experience working in similar positions is required.Understanding of the interest rates and retirement accounts and any fees associated with them.
Ability to analyze and interpret employee surveys and other data.
Proficient English language skills required.
