ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define, gather, and assess opportunities and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Identify, create, and implement solutions to meet business needs or solve customer's problems.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
- Provide documentation and training for stakeholders.
- Assist customers with maintenance of their Bizerba retail products.
- Test and evaluate new technologies and identify trends in industry.
- Work closely with sales, service, and engineers to communicate and monitor progress.
- Support major retail projects from presales to postimplementation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or IT, or equivalent 4year experience working with computer systems.
- Reliable, selfmotivated, and detailoriented.
- Strong analytical thinking, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer networking skills, both wired and wireless technologies.
- Can work with SQL databases, web services and various file formats.
- Experience in Windows systems, Linux systems, and Docker.
- Extensive experience in programming, coding and scripting in languages such as Javascript, Java, C#.
- Ability to travel on short notice up to 30% travel time including international travel.
