    JLL est actuellement à la recherche d'une personne dynamique pour le poste de gestionnaire de projet senior afin de fournir un soutien professionnel fiable, ponctuel et à l'équipe dans la réalisation de projets de construction en appui aux objectifs stratégiques en matière d'immeubles commerciaux. Les principales responsabilités impliquent les activités quotidiennes de gestion de projets de construction, y compris la planification, la surveillance, les déclaration et la réalisation de projets de rénovation, de nouvelle construction, de déménagement et de déclassement dans le cadre des triples contraintes de portée, de calendrier et de budget. Le poste exige de travailler avec un groupe diversifié de parties prenantes internes et externes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, et le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) devra faire preuve de jugement pour prioriser et organiser une charge de travail diversifiée.

  • Appuyer les chargés de projet dans le cadre de projets et d'affectations complexes d'envergure.
  • s'assurer que les projets sont menés à bien dans le respect de l'étendue, du calendrier, du budget et des attentes des clients;.
  • Gérer proactivement les problèmes liés aux projets
  • Élaborer l'étendue, le budget et le calendrier de multiples projets.
  • Prévoir et documenter de façon proactive les risques liés aux projets et les plans d'atténuation des risques.
  • Communiquer de façon proactive avec le client; maintenir l'état d'avancement du projet et faire le suivi des rapports.
  • Mener et documenter toutes les réunions hebdomadaires.
  • Coordonner les activités des sous-traitants et le déplacement des fonctions techniques
  • Interagir et négocier avec les entrepreneurs et sous-traitants.
  • Préparer / mettre à jour les rapports d'étape des projets, traiter les bons de commande et les factures, mettre à jour les rapports de suivi et tenir à jour les dossiers pour les contrôles diligents et les états financiers.
  • Démontrer qu'il maîtrise l'utilisation et l'demande de toutes les technologies de SPP, comme il est exigé pour les projets assignés.
  • Assurer une gestion exacte de tous les comptes clients afin de maintenir un niveau ne dépassant pas la charge prévue au titre du fonds de roulement établie par l'équipe des finances d'entreprise, de l'équipe des finances des comptes et/ou le directeur régional des opérations.
  • Coordonner et suivre toutes les demandes de propositions des fournisseurs. Maintenir des dossiers et une documentation électroniques exacts et cohérents conformément aux exigences en matière de gouvernance interne et d'audit des clients.

    Senior Project Manager

    JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the Project Team, leading day to day project management activities for major capital projects in the public and private sectors.

    This is an important "client-facing" role that requires heightened situational awareness, diplomacy, sensitivity, and a solid business acumen. Our successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with the gravitas to liaise with a range of professionals and business partners. The Project Manager will be interacting directly with clients fully accountable for JLL's performance in the delivery of project. This position will require the ability to exhibit independent judgment to proactively plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse team and workload in a fast-paced environment. Our successful candidate will bring commitment, energy and a passion for a fast paced and dynamic industry.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, and meeting client expectations.
  • Managing multiple projects in various phases of development.
  • Negotiating and holding all parties accountable to their contracts.
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of large project teams including owners, regional and local design consultants, contractors, suppliers, AHJs, security, AV and IT vendors, operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating between base building and tenant improvement scope and negotiating with landlords.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining specified project management processes.
  • Proactively communicating with your client; maintaining project status and tracking reports.
  • Detailed financial and schedule management and reporting.
  • Utilizing a custom project management platform/technology.
  • Leading project meetings: ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed.
  • Proactively foreseeing and documenting project risks and risk mitigation plans.
  • Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking project performance indicators.
  • Managing JLL's financial performance per project.
  • Fostering a project environment of accountability, excellence, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Cultivating new and existing business relationships.
  • Collaborating with JLL peers, partners and clients.
  • Building trust with owners, landlords, developers, institutions, consultants, and contractors.
  • Leading pursuit strategy, sourcing, positioning, proposing, and securing of new projects.
  • Strategically networking and positioning JLL as a leader in project management services.

    • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of local experience pursuing and delivering capital "buildings" projects, including new construction, renovations, fit-outs, and/or upgrades.
  • Possess "Owner Representative" project management experience working directly for a Client in a fee-for-service consulting business environment.
  • Led major capital projects of $2M+ from inception to completion without supervision
  • Corporate Office Tenant Improvements experience
  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and solution development
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or on a project
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
  • Scheduling, estimating, cost control experience
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Travel as needed per project
  • Bilingual ENG/FR

    • Preferred Attributes

  • Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar education is an asset.
  • P.Eng. or similar professional designation is an asset.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset.
  • Sustainability designation such as LEED, CSP, ENV SP is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; articulate, responsive, and highly organized.
  • Skilled at MS Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with MS Project or other scheduling software is an asset.
