What's The Role
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Electrical Service Manager.

The Electrical Service Manager will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing detailed estimates, managing projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, managing budgets, creating schedules, leading and developing team members, and building strong client relationships.

The role is primarily based out of our office in East Vancouver, but you will be required to visit sites, some service calls, and some remote work.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Responsible for implementing and reviewing safety policies and procedures
  • Mentorship of service electricians/apprentices within the company
  • Answering technical questions from colleagues or clients when required
  • Coordinating with the Administrative team on Scheduling of work and coordinating
- with the service team and clients effectively

  • Invoicing of completed work & and tracking performance
  • Building strong, longterm relationships with our clients
  • Liaising with upper management in the office to develop efficient strategies for
- special projects and service

  • Checking in on multiple projects on a weekly basis to ensure they are running
- smoothly

  • Performing onsite service work when required
- clients

  • Assisting with securing manpower for the service division when required
  • Ordering supplies for approved quoted jobs
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, 3rd parties, service technicians, BC Hydro, and homeowners
  • Coordinate with the Service team for supplies, job specifications, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and demonstrated work
- experience (preferred)

  • Red Seal Certified Electrician
  • Strong commercial and residential trade knowledge
  • Experience with Knowify estimating software (asset)
  • Selfmotivated and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and communication
  • FSR certification (asset)
  • EVITP certification (asset)

$95,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Education:


  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)

  • Service electrician: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Red Seal Electrician (required)
