We are a dynamic and growing company in need of an efficient and skilled Administrative Assistant with experience providing executive-level support and familiarity with legal processes.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing essential assistance to our executives and legal department.
Who you Are:
Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant Support:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the President at an executive level.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for executive review.
- Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Prepare and modify documents, including memos, letters, and reports.
- Legal Support:
- Assist the legal department with administrative tasks, such as document management and filing.
- Coordinate and track legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Research and gather relevant legal information as required.
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the legal department and other departments within the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with exposure to Executive Assistant responsibilities.
- Familiarity with legal processes and prior experience supporting legal departments is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Tech savvy; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Your Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
