    Chez McKesson, vous participerez à la création de produits et de solutions qui contribuent à la réalisation de la mission de l'entreprise, soit améliorer la qualité de vie et faire progresser les soins de santé. Le chef principal, gestion de Master Data, est chargé de soutenir les unités d'affaires clients, la gestion de l'information et l'activation. La personne devra notamment superviser l'équipe de gestion de Master Data et déployer des améliorations continues des processus pour cette activité. Le chef principal est responsable de mitiger les problèmes liés à la qualité des informations et des processus, en travaillant avec les équipes multifonctionnelles, y compris les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes/externes, afin de gérer efficacement les données maîtresses et leur mise en place à l'appui des besoins commerciaux. Le chef principal devra rencontrer les attentes de performance afin de respecter les accords de niveau de service (SLA) établis avec les différentes unités d'affaires clients.
    Gestion Master Data
    Gérer l'équipe chargée de la création, la maintenance et le contrôle des données et des activités de mise en œuvre connexes, dans les systèmes de gestion des données pertinents.
    Assurer la gestion des priorités, des objectifs et des indicateurs de performance clés pour l'ensemble du service.
    S'assurer que les niveaux de performance des équipes directes et indirectes respectent les accords de niveau de service (SLA) et les engagements en matière de durée de cycle et que des mesures correctives sont rapidement prises pour résoudre les écarts.
    Travaillant dans un environnement multifonctionnel, être engagé avec différents groupes pour collaborer sur des objectifs communs, tout en soutenant la vision et la stratégie de l'équipe de la gestion des données maitresses dans toute l'organisation.
    Maintenir une étroite collaboration avec les ressources internes/externes pour obtenir et valider les données maîtresses, conformément aux exigences réglementaires et commerciales, en assurant la qualité, la complétude et l'intégrité des données.
    Adhérer aux contrôles de conformité/risque opérationnel applicables, conformément aux normes et politiques SOX et/ou réglementaires.
    Rechercher constamment des opportunités d'amélioration pour rationaliser et optimiser le travail dans la gestion des données maitresses et éliminer les tâches sans valeur ajoutée.
    Favoriser l'inclusion tout en encadrant, développant et motivant une équipe de resources directs et indirects.
    Promouvoir le développement des compétences au sein de l'équipe en ce qui concerne les pratiques générales de gestion des données, les normes globales de l'entreprise et les systèmes liés aux activités d'inscription et de maintenance.
    Fixer et réaliser des objectifs mesurables, afin de favoriser une culture de performance, d'amélioration continue et de collaboration avec la direction, les pairs et les membres de l'équipe.
    Minimum de 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion des données, en logistique, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, ou l'équivalent, la majorité (5+ ans) dans un rôle de gestion.

    Formation
    Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en commerce, en gestion des données, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou équivalent.
    Les assignations MBA ou MSc, CPIM, CPSC ou SCMP sont des atouts.
    Compétences techniques
    Parfaitement bilingue, écrit et oral.
    Maîtrise de l'utilisation et/ou du déploiement de systèmes de gestion de données, et ERP un atout, Vistex/SAP.
    Maîtrise avérée des produits MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project et Visio).
    Connaissance des processus de gestion des données, de gestion des contrats, d'établissement des prix et présentation d'articles.
    Capacité d'effectuer des analyses de causes, identifier les problèmes stratégiques et trouver des solutions de manière proactive.
    la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. The Sr Manager, Master Data Management, is responsible for supporting client Business Units master data information management and enablement activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the master data management team and responsible to deploy process continuous improvements for this activity. The Sr Manager is responsible for mitigating any issues related to quality of information and processes, by working cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders to effectively manage master data in support of business needs. The Sr Manager is ultimately responsible to deliver performance levels to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's) established with the various client BU's.
    Supplier Master Data Management
    Manages team for the creation, maintenance and controls of master data and related enablement activities, in relevant MDM systems.
    Ensures clarity around priorities, goals and key performance indicators for the entire functional area
    Identifies and leads the deployment of enhancement opportunities to systems, tools and process
    Ensure the direct and indirect team performance levels meet the established Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Cycle Time commitments and corrective measures are promptly taken to resolve gaps.
    Worksin a multi business unit environment and engages with peers across groups to ensure collaboration on shared goals, while supporting the Master Data vision and strategy throughout the organization.
    Works closely with external and internal stakeholders to obtain and validate relevant master data, in compliance with regulatory and business requirements, assuring data quality, completeness and integrity.
    Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with SOX and/or regulatory standards and policies.
    Constantly seeks opportunities to identify areas of efficiencies to streamline and optimize work in Master Data Management and eliminate non-value-added work.
    Fosters inclusion while coaching, developing, and motivating a team of both direct and indirect associates
    Manages, coaches, develops, and promotes team members to help raise level of competence and business acumen.
    Promotes skill development within team on general Data Management practices, company global standards, and systems as it relates to listing and maintenance activities.
    Sets and carries out measurable objectives, to foster a culture of performance, continuous improvement and collaboration with Management, peers, and team members.
    Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
    Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Data Management, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent, the majority (5+ years) in a management supervisory role.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, Data Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
    MBA or MSc, CPIM, CPSC or SCMP designations are assets.
    Demonstrate leadership and autonomy with experience in assessing risk and escalation reporting.
    Ability to collaborate with various levels of management and employees.
    Technical Skills
    Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken.
    Proficiency with use and/or deployment of MDM systems, and ERP systems experience an asset.
    Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project and Visio).
    Knowledge of data management, contract management, pricing and item listing processes.
    SixSigma, or Project Management an asset
    Solid experience working with senior management.
    Ability to perform root cause analysis, identify strategic issues and proactively drive solutions
