    Description
    *Job Title*: Production Supervisor (Fabrication)

    *Schedule*:

    • Monday to Thursday: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
    • Friday: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
    *Responsibilities*:

    • Supervise daily assignments and workflow for fabrication employees.
    • Plan and provide training for new hires, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
    • Mentor team leaders and employees for skill development.
    • Conduct meetings to address safety, quality, and employee concerns.
    • Perform audits and delegate quality checks.
    • Assist Fabrication Manager in reviewing drawings.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Coordinate with other departments for work schedules and resolve issues to improve productivity and quality control.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
    *Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in metal fabrication.
    • Proficiency in hand tools and inventory management software.
    • Welding, metal fabrication experience
    • Must be good in reading blueprints, presses,shears, drill presses and cutting processes.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    *Compensation:

    • Base: $70,000 $80,000 (hourly with overtime)
    • Bonus: 10%
    • Benefits: Available after 90 days
    • Vacation: 2 weeks initially (flexible based on experience)
    • RPP: 4% employer match (eligible after 1 year)
