Core Responsibilities:

Reconciliation:

Perform regular reconciliations between payment data, bank statements, and the general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or outstanding items.

Dispute Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or unidentified transactions promptly.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and report on the status of outstanding payments and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to improve cash flow.

Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards while processing payments and handling sensitive financial information.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Customer Support, to facilitate seamless payment processing and ensure customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Requirements

Years of Experience: 2+ Knowledge of Cash Applications processes
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practice

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the construction industry

Software/System Experience:
Proficiency in O365, and Internet Information Gathering/Research
