    Description
    Our Spruce View Farm Centre is looking for a casual Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    Casual:
    less than 24 hours/week

    Availability requirements:
    Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons and evenings.


    Responsibilities:
    Be the initial point of contact for customers both on the phone and in person,
    Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss,
    Run point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency,
    Promote Co-op's memberships and benefits,
    To be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures,
    Process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product,
    Complete accurate daily cash-up reconciliations and deposits and inform Manager of any discrepancies, also assist with internal audits,
    Assist coworkers and Team Leader as needed,
    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Excellent attention to detail and quality,
    Excellent customer service skills and communication,
    Microsoft Excel experience,
    Organizational and problem-solving skills,
    Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changes,

    Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
