- Create and deliver quality realistic animations in collaboration with the MOCAP department.
- Participate in the design of animations, including defining references, brainstorming and validating concepts.
- Test and refine your animations, while troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Participate in production and follow-up discussions on the progress of your animations.
- Build motion kits in our state machine.
- Collaborate with other team members to design, document and recommend improvements of our animation systems.
- Share knowledge and provide mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Strong 3D animation skills;
- At least 3 years of experience working on a "AAA" video game, or similar experience;
- Strong familiarity with 3D animation tools (Maya and MotionBuilder);
- Technical knowledge of creation and integration of state machines is essential;
- Experience in motion capture and keyframe animation.
