- Bachelor's degree in Computing Science or related discipline
- Five (5) years' recent related experience in network and telecommunications technology in a complex enterprise environment, with at least two (2) years' supervisory experience.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Detailed understanding of the function, process and integration of network and telecommunications technologies in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent listening, coaching, group facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

Reporting to the Director, Technology & Information Security, the Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for managing data networks and telecommunications within Northern Health (NH).
As a member of the IMIT leadership team, the Manager, IT Infrastructure develops goals, objectives, strategies and approaches to ensure alignment with the business needs of NH and the IMIT department.
This includes working closely with other IMIT Managers and Leaders to ensure NH network and telecommunications services are reliable, performant, cost effective and operationally supportable.
Starting salary will be approximately from $102,938 to $128,673 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
