Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment
Respond to and resolve tenant requests and emergencies in a timely manner
Monitor and adjust building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems
Conduct regular inspections of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Serve as the secondary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests related to building operations and maintenance; assigned by the Property Manager &/or VP, Property Management
Coordinate and schedule service calls and repairs, collaborating with internal maintenance staff or external vendors as needed.

Coordinate with local authorities, such as fire departments or emergency services, during emergency situations.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in building operations
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
Ability to maintain mechanical and electrical systems
Supervising experience is preferred
Familiarity with logic controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
