  • Responsible for providing Bilingual Customer Service Support.
  • Service Now reporting, perform ticket analytics, helpdesk analyst.
- providing L1/L1.5 support, excellent customer handling skills,

  • Awareness / knowledge of ITSM process, knowledge on bank branches and ATM support.

Pay:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:


  • ServiceNow: 1 year (required)
  • Helpdesk: 2 years (required)
  • Banking /

ATM:
2 years (preferred)

  • ITSM Environment: 2 years (required)
Customer Support: 3 years (required)

  • Banking: 2 years (required)
