Role- Customer Service Support
- BilingualKey
Skills:
- Responsible for providing Bilingual Customer Service Support.
- Service Now reporting, perform ticket analytics, helpdesk analyst.
- Awareness / knowledge of ITSM process, knowledge on bank branches and ATM support.
Pay:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- ServiceNow: 1 year (required)
- Helpdesk: 2 years (required)
- Banking /
ATM:
2 years (preferred)
- ITSM Environment: 2 years (required)
- Banking: 2 years (required)
