We are looking for a talented and experienced
Channel Marketing Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. The role involves creating and executing partner marketing plans to increase customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Build relationships with partners to launch joint marketing activities, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged driving demand for our solutions
  • Manage PRM, including the partner rewards program, incentivizing partners to expand our market reach and visibility in their ecosystem
  • Manage multitiered (platinum, gold, etc.) partner programs, including MDF funds
  • Analyze channel marketing activity performance metrics and use insights to optimize performance and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the Quadient marketing team and partner teams to execute campaigns and activities on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as product, finance, legal, and operations to ensure successful execution of channel marketing strategies.

Who You Are:


  • 3+ years of experience in channel/partner marketing and campaign management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the fintech, SAAS industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with PartnerStack or similar partner relationship management platform preferred
