Job Description:

Invoicing Business Partners ensure complete ownership of all customers invoicing issues.

They are responsible for ensuring the dispute is completely resolved and payment is collected while ensuring actions are taken to mitigate future similar disputes through customer education or internal corrective actions:

Ensuring all disputes are completely owned and resolved
Ensuring invoice accuracy
Maintaining amicable relationship with the customers and all the internal stakeholders
Deep diving every dispute to ensure corrective actions are taken to mitigate recurrence
Ability to multitask between various stakeholders (overseas and local agency) to get the customer disputes resolved.
Having a detailed understanding of the systems (incl. CRM, pricing and quotation system, dispute management tool)
Communicating clearly with customers where disputes are rejected explaining our stance
Adapting to the new technological platforms in solving customer dispute.
Proactively updating of contract and rates in the system
Understanding of customer contract and ensure same is fully updated in the system and modify rate quotes for clients based on their specified requirements in all internal system

Qualifications:

Minimum 24 years' experience in a similar role
Customer centric and serviceoriented attitude
Proficiency in English (written/spoken)
Proficiency in Excel required
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well underpressure
Ability to analyze data and follow processes and respect deadlines
CEGEP or College diploma, Accounting Specialization preferred
SAP knowledge an asset
French is an asset
